Employee Entry Procedures

If you have come to this step. Firstly, congratulations that you joined Fengcao Culture big family!!

You need to complete following procedures to complete your entry procedures and start working.

  • Chinese and Australian Law

Fengcao Culture has the headquater in Shanghai and the development branch in Canberra. Hence, we need to abide by both Chinese and Australian Law in employment, accounting, tax and other aspects.

Abiding by laws is important to build our company image, to show the society we are making contributions rather than causing damages. This is also important for our employees to their track records and other applications such as permanent resident, house renting, and so on. We hope both our working can be recognized by the society. So this is very serious and we need you to follow these instructions strictly.

  1. Identify confirmation. We need to make sure you are a real person, not fake that we used to do money laundering. You need to give us your Chinese Identification Card (ID) and a Passport photo that we will only give it to our Shanghai headquater for employee archive and tax processing. Other than this, we will not disclose your ID information to any party.
  2. Employee Entry Register Form. We need to make sure the employment relationship is real, not fake to evade tax. You need to fill in the Employee Entry Register Form. Information need to be included in this form: 1) home address, 2) bank account (to make sure we pay the right account), 3) photo. We use this photo just to demonstrate our previous and current workers.
  3. Timesheet. We need to make sure your working time is legitimate. You need to record your start and end working time and working content. Legally, we use the timesheet to make sure you 1) don’t work overload, 2) work compatible to the job title (which you will be used in PR application).
  4. Visa. It is the employer’s legal responsibility to make sure you have working right in Australia. We obtain this info to make sure we perform the legal duty to check your working right.
  5. TFN declaration form. We need to report to the ATO.
  6. Super Fund. If we need to pay your super, you need to provide us your Super Fund so that we can pay. If we don’t need to pay, then you don’t need to provide us the info. For example, your salary is below $450/month.
  7. Payslip. We need to make sure it is you received the salary payment. You need to sign on the payslip attached with the payment proof such as the bank transfer record. 1) fill in the software and send it to the ATO. 2) you sign on the payslip ({Your Name} has received this payment) and send it back to us. 3) we transfer the money and will the bank record.
  8. Employment Contract.
