Yesterday, we posted a job advertisement for a ReactJs developer position. For the first time, we utilized an application form on https://cowpte.com:8703/applications/new to streamline the process. This form includes questions regarding visa and country, eliminating the need for confirmation during phone interactions.

This is the initial rollout of our form to assess its usability. Users have encountered some issues, such as an incomplete country list and redirection to a login form upon submission. We will address these problems by finding someone who knows SpringBoot to rectify them.
